The material used in our dies is Hot Die Steel (HDS), while the inserts are made of Tungsten Carbide. The grade of carbide is selected as per client requirements. The carbide inserts are Cold Pressed, Shrink Fitted, or Taper Fitted depending on the application or customer preference.

We manufacture different types of dies including Plain Dies, Extrusion Dies, Pointing Dies, Trap Extrusion Dies, and Hex Extrusion Dies, all designed to meet specific customer requirements and ensure long service life. All Carbide Heading Dies are manufactured to close tolerances as per customer drawings to ensure long life and optimal performance.
