The material used in our dies is Hot Die Steel (HDS), while the inserts are made of Tungsten Carbide. The grade of carbide is selected as per client requirements. The carbide inserts are Cold Pressed, Shrink Fitted, or Taper Fitted depending on the application or customer preference.

All Carbide Segmental Dies are manufactured to close tolerances as per customer drawings to ensure long life and optimal performance.

Carbide Segmental Dies and Punches can be designed in various shapes such as hexagonal, square, or round, and are available with or without a washer face. These punches can also be customized as Extrusion Hex Punches, which may include either a washer face or a CSK angle face, depending on the application and specific customer requirements.
